Evaluate your progress

You need to be able to clearly see how you’re doing, and adjust when necessary. There are a few common sense measures. Use them as you need them.

  • Every item done daily: This is the minimum pass/fail metric.
  • Every item straightforward to execute/same weight
  • Each item has traction/progress.
  • Is it working or are you fooling yourself? Look for the honest evaluation with feeling behind it.
