For sections with similar content, when you finish the first one, the rest automatically become easier – if you start with “Onions”, “Potatoes” will be much quicker.
This is a case where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Resist the urge to improve a sentence, or to add an extra detail because it’s interesting. Get the essentials down as quickly and minimally as possible, THEN read it.
At this point, you can touch it up, but it’s really time to share and get feedback. The basic course is done.
